"Pete” arrived at BGF in November 2005 from the
Netherlands, where he received a 1st Premie award at his foal Keuring.
This is no easy task as this honor represents the top 5% of foals in a
competition where the judges are quick to eliminate any foal not measuring
up to their intense scrutiny. However, it is not surprising that Pete
made the cut, as his sire, FPS approved stallion Doaitsen 420 (Wander
352 X Reitse), currently standing at stud in the Netherlands, received
a standing ovation at the 2004 Netherlands Stallion Show, and his Dam,
Fojke, is a fabulous mare out of Krist 358 (Vb-M-Ster-Stb-Ster-Ster-Model).
Pete has wonderful, majestically elegant movement, he brings to life the
term "poetry in motion." He's blessed with absolutely perfect
conformation, and a quick mind and playfully spirited nature.
